Grease Separator "D+S-P1"
KESSEL Version „D+S-P1“ grease separators are are equipped with an automatically controlled pump for mixing and cleaning of the separator´s contents and inner walls. These separators are offered with a modern control
unit with digital display. It is now possible to automate specific
steps of the grease separator disposal process.
The Shredder-Mix- System macerates and liquifies its contents and also cleans its interiror walls all simultaneously. This prepared wastewater is then suctioned into the waiting disposal vehicle. The version corresponds to the requirements according to DIN EN 1825 and DIN 4040-100.
- Art. # 93004.00/DS-P1 Version in flow direction right (Inspection window and sampling chamber available as accessory).
- Should be used wherever odour pollution during disposal is unreasonable and impermissible. Makes the circulation and comminution as well as the complete cleaning and emptying of the separator possible.
- Control of Shredder-Mix-System and refill inlet via control unit or remote control.
- To be installed wherever the suction height and suction length make it impossible for the disposal vehicle to carry out extraction.
